More figures I've had on my table for awhile and have finally got round to finishing for release at Gencon. Next will be wolf riders and another F&IW figure. The wolf riders will not photograph well as 'greens' so I may wait until we have metal castings.

Best Troll ever. are there plans for more then 1? please......

  2. Tom says:

Yes, I think I'll make at least three but first I've got to get these Fox figures done.

  3. Matthew Bailey says:

I hope that you have a couple more weapons for the Trolls, and one with some small amount of armor and a bit more clothing for some type of Olog-Hai figures would be nice (unless you plan to do some specifically Olog-Hai type Trolls, in which case, I guess that I will have to wait forever for those)...

Also, armored Orc Archers??? Pretty please with honey on top?!?

  4. Andrew roberts says:

three? at least? perfect! thats what I was hoping for. Will, Tom and Bert.

also a large, corpulent "great goblin" please.

  5. Rob Grimley says:

I'm a real fan of classic high fantasy and find the current "comedy troll" fashion very frustrating so it is great to see you are doing some proper, ferocious trolls. How do you sculpt the warty skin of the back? I assume the larger scales are added individually but the finer background is beautiful. Do you use a tool to make the nobbly bits?

  6. Matthew Bailey says:

I am happy to hear that Tom is planning at least 3 Trolls.

I keep saying that if I knew I only had a year or so to wait, I would be willing to dump a couple of thousand dollars in purchases into TM miniatures (I need the Goblins and Wood Elves... And eventually High Elves, but since they have no command figured yet, it would be hard for me to justify buying enough for an army - I use Field of Glory as a Fantasy set, and we tend to have pretty big armies, even for the smaller 600 AP "Starter Armies"
